An Act to make further provision with respect to tenancies which include agricultural land.

This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Holdings (Units of Production) (England) Order 2008 and comes into force on 7th November 2008.
 --The Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2007
These Regulations may be cited as the Animals and Animal Products (Import and Export) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2007, apply in England and come into force on 17th November 2007.
 --The Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Cross Compliance) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009
These Regulations may be cited as the Common Agricultural Policy Single Payment and Support Schemes (Cross Compliance) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009 and shall come into operation on 2nd October 2009.

The Secretary of State is a Minister designated(1) for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972(2) in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community.

These Regulations, which come into force on 1st April 2008, amend the Dairy Produce Quotas (General Provisions) Regulations 2002
 --The Drinking Milk (England) Regulations 2008
The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of powers conferred by paragraph 1A of Schedule 2 to the European Communities Act 1972(5) and sections 6(4), 16(1), 17(2), 26(1) and (3) and 48(1) of the Food Safety Act 1990(6) and now vested in the Secretary of State(7).

These Regulations may be cited as the Food Labelling (Declaration of Allergens) (England) Regulations 2007, apply in relation to England only and come into force on 23rd December 2007.

These Regulations may be cited as the Food Labelling (Declaration of Allergens) (England) Regulations 2008, apply in relation to England only and come into force on 31st May 2008.
 --The Horse Passports Regulations 2009
These Regulations may be cited as the Horse Passports Regulations 2009; they apply in England and come into force on 1st August 2009.
 --The Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-And-Mouth Disease) Regulations 2007
These Regulations may be cited as the Import and Export Restrictions (Foot-and-Mouth Disease) Regulations 2007; they apply in England and come into force at 8.00 p. m. on 7th August 2007.
 --The Landfill (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2005
These Regulations may be cited as the Landfill (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 16th July 2005 except for regulations 7 to 16 which shall come into force on 15th July 2005.
 --The Meat (Official Controls Charges) (England) Regulations 2008
These Regulations may be cited as the Meat (Official Controls Charges) (England) Regulations 2008, apply in relation to England only, come into force on 31st March 2008 and cease to have effect at the end of 2009 unless revoked with effect from an earlier date.
 --The Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding Stuffs) (England and Wales) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2007
These Regulations may be cited as the Pesticides (Maximum Residue Levels in Crops, Food and Feeding Stuffs) (England and Wales) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2007.

These Regulations come into force on 1st November 2007

These Regulations may be cited as the Veterinary Surgeonsí Qualifications (European Recognition) Regulations 2008 and come into force on 6th August 2008.
 --The Working Time (Amendment) Regulations 2009
These Regulations may be cited as the Working Time (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 1st August 2009.
 --The Zoonoses (Monitoring) (England) Regulations 2007
These Regulations come into force on 1st October 2007.
 --The Zoonoses and Animal By-Products (Fees) (England) Regulations 2009
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 1973(1) and paragraph 1A of Schedule 2 to the European Communities Act 1972(2) with the consent of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations.
