An Act to prohibit the opening of large shops on Christmas Day and to restrict the loading or unloading of goods at such shops on Christmas Day.

 --The General Product Safety Regulations (GPS) 2005
These Regulations may be cited as the General Product Safety Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st October 2005 with the exception of the reference to a civil partner in regulation 43(2) which shall come into force on 5th December 2005.

These Rules prescribe fees in relation to matters arising under the Patents Act 1977 and the Patents Rules 2007 (SI 2007/[ ].  --The Patents Rules 2007
These Rules are made under the Patents Act 1977 (c. 37) (“the Act”). They regulate applications for patents and other procedures before the Patent Office in relation to patents. These Rules make substantial changes to both the drafting and effect of the Patents Rules 1995 (SI 1995/2093) which are revoked together with the other instruments listed in Schedule 6 to these Rules.
