This Order may be cited as the Home Information Pack (Redress Scheme) (Revocation) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 31st May 2007.

These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Renewal Grants (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 5th August 2009.

These rules may be cited as the Land Registration (Amendment) Rules 2009 and shall come into force on 1 October 2009.
 --The Land Registration Fees Order 2003
This Order may be cited as the Land Registration Fee Order 2003 and shall come into force on the day that section 1 of the Act comes into force.
 --The Non-Domestic Rating (Unoccupied Property) (England) Regulations 2008
These Regulations, which apply in relation to England only, may be cited as the Non-Domestic Rating (Unoccupied Property) (England) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 1st April 2008.
 --The Property Misdescriptions Act 1991
An Act to prohibit the making of false or misleading statements about property matters in the course of estate agency business and property development business.
 --The Real Estate Investment Trusts (Joint Venture Groups) Regulations 2007
These Regulations may be cited as the Real Estate Investment Trusts (Joint Venture Groups) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 31st December 2007.

These Regulations may be cited as the Stamp Duty and Stamp Duty Reserve Tax (Investment Exchanges and Clearing Houses) (Eurex Clearing AG) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 and shall come into force on 19th February 2008.
 --The Stamp Duty and Stamp Duty Reserve Tax (Investment Exchanges and Clearing Houses) Regulations (No. 15) 2009
These Regulations may be cited as the Stamp Duty and Stamp Duty Reserve Tax (Investment Exchanges and Clearing Houses) Regulations (No. 15) 2009 and shall come into force on 4th December 2009.

These Regulations may be cited as the Stamp Duty Land Tax (Administration) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st December 2003.

These Regulations may be cited as the Stamp Duty Land Tax (Consequential Amendment of Enactments) Regulations 2003 and shall come into force on 1st December 2003.
 --The Stamp Duty Land Tax (Zero-Carbon Homes Relief) Regulations 2007
These Regulations may be cited as the Stamp Duty Land Tax (Zero-Carbon Homes Relief) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which they are made.
