An Act to amend the Mental Health Act 1983, the Domestic Violence, Crime and Victims Act 2004 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005 in relation to mentally disordered persons; to amend section 40 of the Mental Capacity Act 2005; and for connected purposes.

An Act to make provision about pensions and other benefits payable to persons in connection with bereavement or by reference to pensionable age; to make provision about the establishment and functions of the Personal Accounts Delivery Authority; and for connected purposes.
 --The Lasting Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Public Guardian (Amendment) Regulations 2007
These Regulations may be cited as the Lasting Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Public Guardian (Amendment) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 1 October 2007.

These Regulations may be cited as the Lasting Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Public Guardian (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 1 October 2009.

This Order may be cited as the Mental Capacity Act 2005 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2007.
 --The Mental Health Act 2007 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2007
This Order may be cited as the Mental Health Act 2007 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2007.
 --The Non-Contentious Probate (Amendment) Rules 2009
These Rules may be cited as the Non-Contentious Probate (Amendment) Rules 2009 and shall come into force on 1st September 2009.
 --The Occupational Pension Schemes (EEA States) Regulations 2007
These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Pension Schemes (EEA States) Regulations 2007 and shall come into force on 26th November 2007.
 --The Pensions Act 2007 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2007
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 30(2) of the Pensions Act 2007(1).
 --The Pensions Regulator (Delegation of Powers) Regulations 2009
These Regulations may be cited as the Pensions Regulator (Delegation of Powers) Regulations 2009 and shall come into force on 13th November 2009.
 --Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996
An Act to make new provision about trusts of land including provision phasing out the Settled Land Act 1925, abolishing the doctrine of conversion and otherwise amending the law about trusts for sale of land;
